 提高輕工業(yè)電器能耗需采用高效泵設備
電機是一種應用量大、使用范圍廣的高耗能動力設備。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，我國電機耗電約占工業(yè)用電總量的60%～70%。實際應用中，我國電機的整體運行狀況，同國外相比差距很大，機組效率約為75%，比國外低10%左右；系統(tǒng)運行效率為30～40%，比國際先進水平低20～30%。因此，我國的電機應用具有極大的節(jié)能潛力，推行電機節(jié)能勢在必行。

目前電機能耗狀況是：與發(fā)達國家相比，我國電力能源利用效率仍然較低，尤其是工業(yè)用電設備電能消耗高，浪費情況較為嚴重。大量的工業(yè)設備如風機、泵類設備以及傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)縫紉機、機械加工設備等，多采用交流電動機恒速傳動的方案運行，導致交流電動機效率普遍較低。
